Product Description

It is a nickel base alloy for repairing cast iron parts which can be deposited using fuse welder torch, especially designed for mold manufacturing. Deposits of these alloy have high oxidation resistance. Used in foundries for repair of castings or mould parts & in the glass industries. It can also be used in repairing surface flaws in cast iron parts.

Surface Preparation

Surface should be clean, white metal, with no oxides (rust), dirt, grease, or oil on the
surface to be coated. Note: It is best not to handle surfaces after cleaning.
Recommended method of preparation is, to grit blast with 24 mesh aluminum oxide,
rough grind, or rough machine in a lathe.

Packing Details

Each bottle 5kg/bottles, 4 bottles pack in one carton,

then put cartons onto pallet or Box. OEM packing & label or customized packing methods available.

Applications

For glass container mould protection and restoration.

Also used for rebuilding automotive parts (clutch components).
