INTRODUCTION

Permalloy 45 is a nickel–iron magnetic alloy, with about 46% nickel and iron content. It is derived in accordance with permalloy. It has characteristics of high permeability and high saturation magnetic flux density.
Alloy melting in a vacuum medium, cast into ingots, after hot forging blanks made of sheet metal, and then after hot rolling, pickling, surface treatment, cold rolling into finished products.
